Questions
Questions aboutActivity
What you will see on your first shared checklist.
What does Activity show?
Completed steps, photos, recorded answers, assignments, blocked and skipped steps, comments and assistant changes. Each entry has the person, the time and the step it belongs to.
Can I focus on photos and proof?
Yes. Filter Activity to proof and you see only the photos and recorded answers, each with the step it was taken for.
What happens when someone works offline?
ChecklistSquad keeps working without a signal. Their ticks and photos are saved on the phone and show up in Activity once it reconnects.
Does Activity include AI changes?
Yes. A change your assistant makes is labelled with the person it acted for, like “Alex via Claude”, so you can always tell it apart from a change made by hand.
