ChecklistSquad Help
How ChecklistSquad works, how to connect Claude or ChatGPT so you can hand out checklists by saying so, and how to call its REST API with a key.

On this page
ChecklistSquad runs your standard procedures as checklists a team shares. A template holds the steps. A checklist is one run of a template, with each section or step held by a person, a squad or everyone. The work happens on phones, offline too, and the activity feed shows who did what.
These pages explain the parts that need explaining. The app itself asks nothing of you that is not on its screen.
Where to start
- Add a photo to a step and Sign a step: proof on a step, offline too.
- Ask only what applies: a section or a step that shows only when an earlier answer calls for it.
- Score a checklist: points, a pass mark and critical steps for audits and inspections.
- Connect your AI assistant: say "close out the gala, bar to Priya, load-out to the stage crew" in Claude or ChatGPT and have it land on the right phones.
- Assistant tools reference: every tool an assistant gets, what it takes and what it returns, for the people who want to know exactly what their assistant can do.
- Email notifications: what reaches you by email, when, and how to turn each kind off.
- Make a checklist repeat: the same checklist every weekday, every Monday or every month, with the same people doing the same parts.
- The REST API: call ChecklistSquad from a script, Zapier or your own system with an API key, and start checklists from your booking system or forms.
