Privacy Policy

Account details: your name, your email address and the organizations and workspaces you belong to.

Your content: the checklists, sections, steps, notes and photos you or your organization add, and who did what and when.

Technical details: information your device sends when it talks to our servers, such as your IP address, browser or app version, and error reports, which we use to keep the service running and secure.

To sign you in, including sending you one-time sign-in codes by email.

To run ChecklistSquad: storing your checklists, syncing them between your devices and your team, and showing each person the work assigned to them.

To draft or refine checklists with AI when you ask for it, using the text you provide.

To keep the service secure, fix problems and improve it, and to contact you about your account.

So ChecklistSquad works without a signal, the checklists you can see are kept in a database on your device or in your browser, along with your sign-in session. Signing out removes your session from the device.

People in your organization see the checklists and activity they have been given access to. Administrators of your organization can manage its members and content.

We use service providers to host the service, send email and process AI requests. They act on our instructions and only for those purposes.

We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information when the law requires it.

We keep your account and content while your account or organization is active. When they are deleted, we delete or anonymize the related information within a reasonable period, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.

You can ask us for a copy of your personal information, to correct it, or to delete it. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under local law. Content that belongs to your organization may need its administrators’ involvement.

Information travels encrypted between your device and our servers, and access to each checklist is checked on every request. No system is perfectly secure; tell us at once if you think your account has been compromised.

ChecklistSquad is for work and is not meant for children under 16.

We may update this policy. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page and, for significant changes, tell you in the app or by email.
