Terms of Service

The agreement between you and ChecklistSquad when you use the app and the website.

Last updated October 25, 2026

Agreeing to these terms

These terms apply when you create an account, join an organization or otherwise use ChecklistSquad on the web, on iPhone or on Android. By using ChecklistSquad you agree to them. If you use it for an organization, you confirm you may accept these terms for that organization.

Your account

You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email address. Keep access to that inbox secure: anyone who can read your email can sign in as you.

You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping the information in it accurate.

Organizations and workspaces

Checklists belong to an organization and its workspaces. The people who administer an organization decide who joins it and what each member can see and do, including which checklists, sections and steps are assigned to them.

When you leave an organization, or an administrator removes you, you lose access to its checklists. The organization keeps them.

Your content

You keep ownership of the checklists, notes, photos and other content you add. You give us permission to store, copy, process and display that content only as needed to run ChecklistSquad for you and your organization.

You confirm you have the right to add the content you add, including photos of people or places.

Acceptable use

Do not use ChecklistSquad to break the law, to infringe anyone’s rights, to send spam, or to upload malware. Do not try to access accounts, organizations or data you have not been given access to, and do not interfere with the service or probe it for weaknesses without our permission.

Templates and AI drafts

Templates and AI-drafted checklists are starting points. Review every step before you rely on it and adapt it to your own procedures, equipment and legal obligations. A checklist records routine work; it does not replace professional inspection, servicing or advice.

Plans and payment

The Free plan is free for organizations of up to 3 team members. Paid plans are billed per member as shown on our pricing page when you upgrade. You can cancel a paid plan at any time.

Availability and changes

ChecklistSquad works offline and syncs when it can, but we do not promise the service will always be available or free of errors. We may change, add or remove features. If a change materially affects a paid plan, we will tell you in advance.

Ending your use

You can stop using ChecklistSquad at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts the service or other people at risk.

Disclaimers and liability

ChecklistSquad is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses caused by relying on a checklist, template or AI draft without reviewing it.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page and, for significant changes, tell you in the app or by email.
