Change one day, or the routine

A recurring checklist has a routine (how often, when it is ready and due, who does what) and the days it has made. You can change a single day without touching the routine, or change the routine for every day from the next one on. Work already open keeps its answers and progress either way.

Change who does one day's work

Open that day's checklist, upcoming or already open, and tap the person on the part you want to change. If you own the recurring checklist, the picker asks which checklists to change:

• This checklist only: only that day. The days after it keep the routine's assignments.
• This and future: that day, and the routine from then on, including the next checklist if it has already been made. Other checklists that are already open keep theirs.

Pick the person and apply.

Change who does what from now on

Open the recurring checklist and choose Change who does what. Each part shows who does it every time. A change applies to the next checklist and every one after it; checklists already open keep their assignments.

Skip a day

On the recurring checklist, choose the skip row under the next checklist. It names the day, for example Skip Thursday's checklist, and the confirmation says when the one after it is. Skipped days are listed under Days skipped, and Put back brings a day back while it is still ahead.

A checklist that is already open can't be skipped. Finish it instead, with whatever was done.

Change the times or the rhythm

On the recurring checklist, open the rhythm row to change how often it repeats, the ready and due times, the time zone, the first date or the last one. The change applies from the next checklist on: if the next one has already been made, it is made again with the new times. Checklists already open stay as they are.
